Refund policy

At Korean Gaming Shop, we want you to feel fully confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product received, you have thirty calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be automatically extended to the next business day.

To request a return, please contact us through our contact page, providing your order number and the reason for the return. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, with all accessories and manuals included.

Returns made due to change of mind are subject to a restocking fee of forty percent of the product's value, which covers international return shipping and inventory processing costs. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors on our part, in which case Korean Gaming Shop covers the full cost and waives the restocking fee.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within up to ten business days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Custom-made products, such as personalized controllers, are not eligible for return, except in cases of confirmed defects. If a product arrives defective, please contact us within seven days of receipt, with photos or video of the issue, so we can quickly resolve it through repair, replacement, or full refund.
